Brix Rum Distillery Tour

Distillery tours are a full sensory experience that allow you to take a deep dive into all stages of the rum making process with one of the Brix Team. They are a fantastic team building experience, celebration event or can make for a very special date.

Tours run for approximately 90 minutes and include a guided walk through of the rum making facility, where you will discover the passion and craft that goes into creating our Sydney crafted Rums. You will learn how rich Australian molasses is turned, via our 1800lt copper still 'Molly' into the burnished spirit swirling in your glass. Watch fresh Queensland sugar cane being juiced, taste the actual molasses we ferment, smell the barrel staves to learn more about the maturation process and discover how to fully appreciate one of the worlds oldest and most diverse spirits.

The tour is followed by a Brix tasting session with your dedicated tour guide where you will sample 3 of our core range rums in the Brix Distillery Bar.

We can cater for up to 20 people per tour, more by prior arrangement.

​Our Distillery tours & tasting sessions cost $60.00 per person. The experience includes:

- Welcome Drink

- Guided Distillery Tour by one of the Brix Rum team

- Tasting across 3 Brix Core Range Rums

- Charcuterie platter from the Brix kitchen

 - $10 off Brix bottle purchases made on the day of your tour 

Guests are welcome to stay for lunch or dinner after their tour with a booking.
